Aaron Brown of Toronto became the 3rd Canadian ever to break the 20 second barrier in the 200m at the Oslo Diamond League this week with his second place mark of 19.98(1.0) just behind Turkey's World Champion Ramil Guliyev's 19.90.
He said on Twitter "19.98! Can someone get this monkey off my back?! Been a LONG time coming, thank you for all the love and support. Thank you Oslo! Next stop: Stockholm @Diamond_League @AthleticsCanada
Aaron told Doug Harrsion CBC Sports ""I really like to analyze things and sometimes I second-guess myself," said Brown. "It's not really so much the competition as it is my training. Sometimes, I trained too much and wasn't fully rested for a race and that would make me second-guess myself. But I've been in better sync with my coach this year, getting to the point that I'm confident for every race." See full article here
