Inaki Gomez and Evan Dunfee take gold and silver at NAIA
Inaki Gomez of UBC Thunderbirds repeated his 2008 gold as winner of the NAIA 5000m Racewalk Championhips in Edwardsville, Illinois today. He finished in essentially a deadheat with Evan Dunfee with time of 20:41.11 just o.o4 seconds ahead of his team mate. Nicole Evangelista joined the gold rush by winning the women’s 3000m racewalk in 14:54.51.

Simon Fraser Clan quartet of Ali Hudson, Heather Mancell, Helen Crofts and Jessica Smith took the Championship gold in the 4x8o0m Relay with a time of 8:57.15
